Profile is used in various applications like bath doors, window, office sealing, interior partition and decoration. SNB is a leading manufacturer of complete extrusion machinery for PVC Profile. PARTS OF SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER:
1. Die Head
- Die head for smaller sizes of pipe ranges from 16mm - 50 mm with stainless steel spider.
- Die head for bigger sizes of pipe ranges from 40mm - 160mm with stainless steel spider.
2. Cooling Unit
- Vacuum tank for smaller sizes of pipe ranges from 16mm - 50mm for better control and proper sizing of the pipe.
- Water tank with sprays and without sprays for cooling of the pipe.
3. Caterpuller
- Drive is given through separate geared motor for both the rollers of the haul off.
- It prevents wrinkles on pipe and give smooth flow of the pipe.
4. Automatic
- Fitted with pneumatic cylinder for proper gripping.
- Limit switch is provided to sense the preset length of the pipe.
5. Tipping Chute
- Fitted with pneumatic cylinder for proper gripping.
- Limit switch is provided to sense the preset length of the pipe.
